Every contribution accounted for. Every rupee answerable.
SevaCircle keeps a community's money honest — monthly contributions, fundraising campaigns and a ledger that shows exactly where each amount went. Members see what they owe. Administrators see who paid. Nobody has to take anyone's word for it.
Accounts are created by your organisation's administrator — there is no public sign-up.
₹500.00 Paid
₹200.00 Due

Built around the questions people actually ask
Not "what features does the software have", but "what do I owe", "did my payment land", and "where did the money go".
Monthly contributions
Run one monthly contribution per fund — a general fund, a medical fund, a building fund — each with its own amount and its own list of members. Somebody on two of them owes two amounts, and sees both.
Payments people can trust
A member submits a payment with a photo of the receipt. A treasurer reviews it, an administrator approves it, and the ledger, the member's dues and the fund balance all move together or not at all.
Campaigns with a goal
Raise for a specific thing — a roof, a kitchen, books — with progress everybody can see. Open a campaign to the whole organisation, or name exactly who may give to it.
Members across organisations
One person, one identity, however many organisations they belong to. They see all their dues in one place, grouped by organisation, and each organisation only ever sees its own.
An honest ledger
Every approved payment posts to a fund account. Balances are the sum of entries, not a number somebody typed, and adjustments require a written reason.
A trail that answers back
Who approved this payment, who waived that member, who changed the monthly amount and when. Recorded as it happens, and readable afterwards.
Three steps, and nobody chases anybody
Set up the contribution
An administrator names the monthly amount, the fund it belongs to and the day it falls due, then chooses who is on it. Nobody is billed until they are added.
Members pay from the app
Each member sees what they owe, in their own language, and pays with a photo of the receipt attached. No forms, no reminders in a group chat.
Two people approve it
A treasurer reviews, an administrator approves, and the books update in one step. The member is told the moment it lands.
Small organisations that count every contribution
SevaCircle was built for the treasurer who keeps a register in a notebook and the member who wants to know whether last month's payment was recorded. It works for a temple committee of thirty and a trust with several funds and several hundred members.
Administrators work from the web panel. Members use the mobile app in English, Hindi, Gujarati or Punjabi. Both surfaces show the same figures, because they read the same books.
