Everything an organisation needs to collect, record and account for money
Written the way the work actually happens: somebody sets the contribution, somebody pays it, two people approve it, and the books move once.
Contributions, one per fund
An organisation can run several monthly contributions at once — one for each fund account — each with its own amount, due day and member list. A member on two of them owes two amounts a month and sees both, named by fund.
Per-member terms live with the contribution they belong to: somebody can be waived on the medical fund and still billed on the general one, and given a different amount on either.
Payments, approved by two people
A member submits with a photo of the receipt. A treasurer reviews it; an administrator approves it. Only then does anything move — and when it does, the ledger entry, the allocation against open dues and the fund balance all commit together.
Overpayment becomes credit against the next month rather than a rounding argument. A payment received by one organisation can only ever settle that organisation's dues.
Campaigns
Raise for something specific with a goal and visible progress. Post updates as the work happens, attach photos and estimates, and let members contribute directly from the campaign.
A campaign can be open to the whole organisation, or restricted to a named list — and a restricted one accepts money from nobody else.
Funds and ledger
Separate fund accounts for separate purposes, each with a balance that is the sum of its entries. Manual adjustments are possible and require a written reason, so a correction is never indistinguishable from a mistake.
Members and roles
Administrators, treasurers and members, with permissions that are enforced by the server rather than hidden by the screen. A person may belong to several organisations, keeping one identity and one sign-in.
Announcements and notifications
Notices, circulars and meeting updates that reach the right audience — everybody, a role, or named people — with attachments and read receipts. Members are told when their payment is approved and when a month's dues are raised.
Reports
Dues, payments, fund balances, member rosters and campaign performance, exportable to CSV, Excel or PDF. Schedule one monthly and it arrives without anybody remembering to run it.
Audit trail
Every write recorded as it happens, with the person, the time and what changed. Sensitive fields are masked in the viewer, so the trail can be read without exposing what it protects.
The member's half, in four languages
English, Hindi, Gujarati and Punjabi. Dues grouped by organisation, a payment screen that fills in what is outstanding, a history that says whether each payment was approved, and a light and dark theme that both actually work.
Administrators can work from the app too — members, campaigns, approvals and contribution rosters — while the web panel stays the complete administrative surface.
